Our policy lasts 10 days. After 10 days have gone from the date order is received, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange anymore.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping fees for the return and exchange will be at your own expense unless fault is in our end.

We will waive everything if items are defective or damaged. 

You will need to send us the subject for return before we proceed with the exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or text message to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 


Every sale is final unless stated otherwise. We do not allow refunds but exchanging is fine as long as item is of the same or lesser value and unused.

If the chosen item for exchange has a higher value, you will need to settle for the balance and new shipping fee first before we ship back.
