Do you have a physical store?
• Not yet, but continuously working towards improving the quality of every customer’s experience.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
• Some designs are hypoallergenic. We make sure to indicate which ones are.
Do you do meet ups?
• NO, sorry, we don't. We do allow same-day delivery for rush orders via Lalamove or GrabExpress.
How long can you reserve the items?
• We can only hold reservation for 3 days. Unpaid orders after 3 days will automatically be cancelled. This is to give way to other customers who want or need to purchase the said items.
Do you allow cancellations?
• Generally, NO, but we do understand in case you have an emergency or any problems. Let us know as soon as possible. All unpaid orders after 3 days from order date will be cancelled as well.
What materials are your jewelry made of?
• We use a variety of base and plating materials — Stainless Steel, Sterling Silver, 24k or 18k Gold-plating and eco-friendly alloy. Fret not, every piece will have a thorough description of the material used.

• Yes, we do. You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then let you know if we can proceed with the design & give you a reasonable price quotation.
