Do you allow RETURNS & EXCHANGE?

•  YES, we allow returns & exchange for necklaces, bracelets, anklets, and rings at the customer’s own expense.

•  Made-to-order jewelries are not subject to returns or refunds.
•  Earrings can't be returned or exchanged
for hygienic purposes.
•  Allow 1-2 weeks from the received return date to process returns.


I received a damaged or wrong item. What to do?
•  Make sure products are unused then put it back to the same packaging
you received it with.
•  For damaged or wrong items, please take a photo of the damaged area. Email us at mazeeph@gmail.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.


Do you have a warranty for non-tarnish jewelry?
•  YES, if we claimed it to be non-tarnish and in the unfortunate event, it did, we offer a one-time 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. A complete replacement will be sent your way.

     

    Do you allow REFUNDS?
    •  NO, all sales from this site are FINAL.
    •  We will only issue a refund as store credit if the fault is in our end.
